If you've signed an MSA or SOW with us, that agreement governs the work, not these terms.
The chatbot isn't a commitment
AI answers can be wrong. Only a signed agreement binds either of us.

It isn't legal or compliance advice, and past results aren't a guarantee.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of fusionleap.io (the "site"), run by FusionLeap Digital LLC ("FusionLeap", "we", "us"), including the contact form and the chat assistant. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Client agreements and products
Consulting and engineering engagements are governed by the agreements we sign with each client, such as a master services agreement, statement of work, and data processing agreement. If you have a signed agreement with us, it governs that work, and where it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.
Our products, such as WysLeap and PulsairSocial, are governed by the terms provided with each product, not these terms.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please don't:
- Scrape or harvest the site, or use bots to submit the contact form or query the chat assistant in bulk
- Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site or its systems
- Upload malicious code, or try to get the chat assistant to produce harmful or misleading content
- Send us other people's personal information without their permission
- Pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent who you work for
We may block access to anyone who breaks these rules.
The AI chat assistant
The chat assistant uses AI to answer questions about FusionLeap. Its answers are general information and can be incomplete or wrong. They aren't professional, legal, or compliance advice, and they aren't offers, quotes, or commitments. Anything about scope, timelines, or terms is only binding once it's in an agreement we both sign. If an answer matters to you, confirm it with us directly.
Messages you send to the assistant are stored and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Information on the site
- General information only. Content on the site, including anything about security, privacy, or regulatory frameworks, is general information. It isn't legal, regulatory, or audit advice. We engineer to the requirements your compliance team sets; we don't act as your counsel, DPO, or auditor.
- Case studies. Results described in our case studies are specific to those clients and engagements. They show what we've done, not what any future engagement will achieve.
- Third-party figures. Statistics we cite from other organizations are reported as published by them.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, and code, belong to FusionLeap or its licensors. You're welcome to view, share links to, and quote the site for personal or internal business reference, with attribution. For anything else, ask us first.
FusionLeap, WysLeap, and PulsairSocial are our trademarks. Other names and logos on the site, such as those of cloud providers, AI model providers, and data platforms, belong to their owners. Mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us or that we have a partnership with them.
What you send us
When you contact us, please only send information you're allowed to share, and don't send confidential details until we've agreed how to handle them (we're happy to sign a mutual NDA first). We use what you send as described in our Privacy Policy. Ideas or feedback you share don't create any obligation for us, and we may use them without paying you.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including our product sites and social media pages. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FusionLeap isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to US$100. This section doesn't limit liability that can't be limited by law, and it doesn't apply to engagements covered by a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it. Together with the Privacy Policy, these terms are the whole agreement about your use of the site.
